3) What information does CNS report include?
Our written reports are very detailed, including accurate description of all defects and inconsistencies, statistic analysis based on the highly recognized AQL standard and plentiful spot pictures for illustration. Product appearance (AQL), workmanship quality, Product specifications review, quantity, material, color, size, measurements, labeling & marking, packaging, packing, accessories, shipping marks etc. On-site testing and special checks, important remarks and professional feedback.
4) How long does it take to get my report?
You could get the report within the same day after inspection. For factory audit, since it takes more time to analyze and prove from all aspects in evaluating the factory, the report is available within three days after the audit.
5) Does CNS actually approve the shipment?
CNS inspects the shipment according to AQL guidelines and all customers’ requirements. The client makes the decision on whether to accept/reject the shipment according the inspection reports received.

How long does it take to obtain the inspection results?
For inspections in China, results are sent within 24 hours after completing the inspection.

Where do I send my sample products?
In order to save time and money, we advise you to send it directly to your factory, in a sealed package to our attention. In case you do not trust your factory or vendor enough to do this, you can send it to our closest office.
